PRC:PO: Purchase Orders Created from RFQ Award Are Missing Link with Requisition

Symptoms
When creating Purchase Order (PO) from RFQ award and is fully allocated to the requisition linked with the RFQ but once PO is created, it is not linked to the requisition.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue is not reproducible, but it happened following the below steps:
1. PR linked to RFQ
2. Complete the Award process
3. Created the Purchasing Document
4. Once the PO was created, the requisition number is blank
