Symptoms

When setting the Frequency from Court Order Calculation Card and running Payroll Calculation,
the following error occurs:

The payroll frequency selected for court order with reference 300000123456789 doesn't match the assignment's payroll frequency.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The Employees are on Lunar Payroll and one of employees require Court order deduction.
2. When attempting to assign DEA (Direct Earnings Attachment) court order to employee, Frequency filed only shows values for 'Monthly' and 'Weekly', 'Lunar' value is missing.
3. 'Monthly' or 'Weekly' frequency is assigned.
4. Payroll Calculation is processed, error occurs.

Navigation:
1. My Client Groups > Quick Actions (Show More).
2. Payroll > Calculation Cards > search the Employee.
3. Court Orders and Student Loans > under Basic Information > modify the 'Frequency' LOV
