PPM Level 3 Task Number Not Displayed In OTBI For Some Project Numbers Why? (Doc ID 2898106.1)

Goal

OTBI analysis based on Projects - Cross Subject Area Analysis - Real Time is showing incomplete data.
When column "Level 3 Task Number" is added, some projects are not displayed.
However, if we manually search in the UI, we see there is Level 3 Task Number for all projects.
