LACLS Argentina Error on Padrones for Tucuman

Once exceuted the Ingresos Brutos Tucuman Padron, the user gets the following error in the "Panel de Control" Menu in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) application

Error al ejecutar LACLS_AR_PD_PROCESS_TUCUMAN: {http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}remoteFaultPublicReportService::generateReport failed: user: <user> does not have permission to run the report: No Data Found CASDK-0033: Received a SOAP fault while invoking endpoint target: <SaaS Cloud URL>/xmlpserver/services/PublicReportService. This indicates a processing exception on the service endpoint side. Please check service side logs to further diagnose the problem Fault Code : soapenv:Server
