Journals' Dashboard in English when logging in in Italian (GL)

Why the error message from the Journals' Dashboard in the module GL are in English if the login is in Italian?

This is the language used by the client.

The user created an unbalanced journal for testing purposes and posted it. In the dashboard at the section "Requiring attention" the journal figures, however, why the error message is in English and not in Italian as aspected?

The customer needs that error message description and all the info in the dashboard to be in the same language as the login.
