ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Fiscal_item_id and the measure unit code can't be integrated between MFCS and XOCS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fiscal_item_id and the measure unit code should be integrated between MFCS and XOCS.

Steps to Re-create :
----------------------

  1. fiscal_item_id a value from the catalog c_ClaveProdServ.
  2. The product/service descriptor; if empty, the value to be used will be "01010101" (No existe en el catálogo).
  3. measure_unit a value from c_ClaveUnidad.
  4. The measure unit code.
