Symptoms
USM mapping does not consider supp_pack_size and inner_pack_size to WMS CS.
Information about supplier pack size and inner pack size captured in RMS, does not reach WMS CS. In WMS CS, std_pack_qty and std_case_qty are aways in 0.
This scenario blocks WMS CS to operate receive and shipping at case level.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item with supplier pack size and inner pack size.
2. Item created in WMS CS have no information about cases and inner pack size.
