Duplicate Country is appearing in Manage Geographies


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Manage Geographies
2. Search for country 'Canada"
3. Note 2 records appear for Country.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot navigate to the correct Country record
