The issue is that after adding any Date fields on OLI opportunity revenue line.

if users clicks Field 1 or Field 2 Product field -> click on search -> search and select a record -> Click OK. >the value for Field 2 Product field is added the value from the Date field previously added is deleted ,disappeared.
