SOHdrDel Message From RMS Not Consumed In SIOCS (Doc ID 2898967.1)

Symptoms

When a Store to Store or Wh to St Transfer is deleted in RMS, SOHdrDel message published via RIB is not consumed by SIOCS.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a ST to ST transfer in RMS
2. SOCre message is published to SIOCS via RIB. SOCre message consumed and processed by SIOCS
3. Delete the Transfer in RMS.
4. SOHdrDel message is published via RIB

Message not consumed by SIOCS.
