Symptoms

When trying to scan from a PDF or when trying to view a PDF that was captured from email import, this message occurs:

"The Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package is required to capture files of this type"

However, the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable is installed.

The full message when trying to scan the PDF from file is:
