DB / DBaaS Adapter Connection via a Connectivity Agent fails with CLOUD-0005 / Error while unzipping credentials zip (Doc ID 2899016.1)

Symptoms

When trying to connect to an Oracle database from OIC, the connection test fails with:

CLOUD-0005: Unable to establish connection. Please check connection parameters

The Connection is using an OIC Connectivity Agent,and Oracle Wallet as the security.

In the Connectivity Agent logfiles (<agent installation directory>agenthome/logs) the following errors can be seen:
