Symptoms
When loading initial data to SIOCS we are facing performance issues.
Loading 1,638,253 records took 20h to load.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SIOCS web client
2. Load files in Data storage.
3. Run batch to load Item Supplier UOM data
4. Observe it is taking 20 hours to load.
