Symptoms
DC Tool not able to load all the files in the zip during Import from File.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Data Conversion
2. Try loading any file/entity.
3. You will See, records loaded from file is zero and the graph showing file import is blank.
