ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to view or add phone number to contact when the contact is a coworker.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to add phone number or email address to contact person.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Add as emergency contact for employee a co-worker
2. Login as HR or as the employee
3. Review Family and Emergency Contacts details
4. the Communication section is not visible
