How Restrict GL Team From Opening/Closing Subledger Periods From Period Close Page Or GL? (Doc ID 2899176.1)

Goal

In the period close page, users have privilege's to open/close or control the subledger period statuses. Our GL team require that they should only have 'View only' rights of all subledger period statuses and should not be able to open/close or control subledger period statuses.
