Symptoms

OCI instance restart not starting WLS component automatically

Below error is thrown.

sudo systemctl status wls.service - The Oracle Weblogic Server startup service
  Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/wls.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
  Active: inactive (dead)
Sep 16 18:23:12 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: Dependency failed for The Oracle Weblogic Server startup service.
Sep 16 18:23:12 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: Job wls.service/start failed with result 'dependency'.
Sep 16 18:28:30 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: Dependency failed for The Oracle Weblogic Server startup service.
Sep 16 18:28:30 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: Job wls.service/start failed with result 'dependency'.
