Error: "You do not have permission to update a record" Updating Records Using iOS/Android App (Doc ID 2899383.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Unifier environment and App to 22.6, users are no longer able to add Business Processes, the "+" button is missing. Secondary issue is when attempting to Edit or make changes to a record, users are receiving "You do not have permission to update a record" message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open iOS/Android App -> Login to environment
  2. Observe no + Button on Dashboard.
  3. Navigate to Tasks --> Select a Business Process (BP)
  4. Attempt to make a change
  5. Observe error is received and change is not saved.
