Error: "Project/Shell Number is not correct." When Updating A Business Process (BP) Record Via Web Services (Doc ID 2899403.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update a Business Process (BP) record via webservices, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Return value 602: "Project/Shell Number is not correct."


STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Send a web service call to update a BP record.
  2. The web service client displays the error noted above.
  3. A check via the Unifier user interface seems to confirm that the Project/Shell does exist within Unifier.
