Symptoms

Selecting the Import Bulk Data into ERP Cloud action in the ERP Adapter wizard fails with below error:


The application has encountered an unexpected error. Please check the
applications connection details, credentials and retry your request.
Root cause of the Exception : null

User is trying the solution mentioned in 2873558.1 but getAllServiceEndPoints is not returning response


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Use SoapUI (or similar) to import the ERP Service Catalog WSDL

https://<ERP HOST>/fscmService/ServiceCatalogService?wsdl

2. In SoapUI, run the getAllServiceEndpoints operation to get a list of ERP Web Services
