ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee associated with a Weekly Payroll opted out from pension on 22nd of August 2022
While running Pension Automatic Enrollment process for 2022-08-22 until 2022-08-28 period employee is not processed

Align Pay Reference Period with pay period dates  is set for the Pay Reference Period under the Organization PAE Calculation card

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee to be processed by PAE executed for run 2022-08-22 until 2022-08-28

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee opted out on 2022-08-22
2. Run PAE process for 2022-08-22 until 2022-08-28
3. Notice that employee is not processed
