How to Upload A Signed Consolidated Document Against Multiple Campaign Lines? (Doc ID 2899678.1)

Goal

During solicitation, external supplier users select multiple campaign lines to generate one consolidated document. Then user prints out the document, sign, scan it into pdf format and upload the signed version back to GTM.

However when user upload the document, system only allows one campaign line selected. What if there are 50 lines under that document? It will be very counter-productive and error-prone to upload the signed document against 50 lines.
