Symptoms
Troubleshooting very slow login on Windows-based instances.
On Windows 2012 Server and Windows 2019 server instances, at the login screen, once you put the user and password it might take up to 5 minutes until you actually get into the main Windows screen. All applications are running fine, with No high CPU or memory usage, remote desktop (RDP) connection is created instantly. Despite not receiving any errors/timeouts, we could see in the event viewer error events such as:
