Symptoms
When downloading files using the following REST APIs:
1. /ws/rest/service/v1/dm/file/download/{file_id}
2. /ws/rest/service/v1/dm/document
When the file size is less than 1GB, the download is successful.
When the file size is greater than 1GB, the download is not successful.
