RTVReqDtlDel Message Type Is Not Reaching MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE Table (Doc ID 2899807.1)

Symptoms

When tried to publish RTVReqDtlDel message it is reaching RIB-SIM with out any error but not reaching SIOCS MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE Table.

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Ensure that in SIOCS MPS_WORK_TYPE, RTV subscription is enabled
2) Create an RTV in RMS/MFCS and See it reaches SIOCS
3) Now delete one item from RTV in RMS
4) Message has not reached SIOCS , no RTV Delete messages pending to be processed in SIOCS MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE.
