When attempting to update the forecast ind to Y it getting up

Error from {call RMSSUB_XITEM.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Error ORA-20001: This item's merchandise hierarchy is not associated to a forecast domain, therefore the item cannot be forecasted.Field: FORECAST_IND,ITEM
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Push Xitem message to update the forecast ind to Y.
2. Noticed the error in "This item's merchandise hierarchy is not associated to a forecast domain, therefore the item cannot be forecasted" in RIHA.
