VBCS Process Not Enabled Error And PCS Unable To Activate New Version (Doc ID 2900056.1)

Goal

A vbcs application needs to interact with a PCS workflow.

The issue with the VBCS application is when an attempt is made to click the process inside the VBCS menu options, a message appears saying that Visual Builder has not enabled to communicate with the Process Server. Please contact your administrator.

What is necessary to perform to enable processes inside Visual Builder?
