Symptoms
Customers are seeing the process 'Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices' that creates timecards from time events fail for a few persons in each run. This happens when a Person’s timecard has a dangler-entry (i.e where only StartTime exists without a StopTime) and the same timecard is submitted multiple times.
Punches that fail will not make it into the time card. This may result in many punches that need to be corrected before payroll.
