Unable To Duplicate Contracts Using REST WebService When User Has Enterprise Contract Team Member Role (Doc ID 2900354.1)

Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A user cannot duplicate a contract using REST API even when having the Enterprise Contract Team Member which includes the Duplicate Contract privilege. When the user is assigned Administrator role, the REST API is working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User with Enterprise Contract Team Member role should be able to duplicate a Contract using Rest API

ERROR

JBO-29000:
Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000:
Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null

1. Use Postman to duplicate a contract
