Symptoms

When attempting to launch or login to the Oracle Conent Management Cloud synchronization tool, a number of users are experiencing an issue. When launching the login prompt, the sync tool is attempting to launch Internet Explorer which is blocked.  OCI stopped supporting IE a long time ago, and now our company blocks IE on corporate assets. This is happening for some users that require IE for some legacy applciations.  Is there either a preference setting in the synch tool, or an OS setting to choose a file type association that needs to be set?
