TPACK record not generated by EDIDLORD job

ERROR

Job EDIDLORD is currently unable to generated TPACK record for pack items

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a simple pack
2.Create purchase order using the simple pack
3.Run Edidlord batch

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, TPACK is not generated after running edidlord batch
