ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Task Names and Checklist Names missing in the Task Management page

The names of the Tasks and the Checklists are blank on the Task Management page. If the Task/Checklist is created before 22C, this issue occurs. If the task/checklist is created after 22C, the "name" appears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All names no matter creation release will appear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Academic Tools > Task Management
2. Notice the names of the checklist/task are not present for those created prior to 22C
3. Click Create
4. Create a task or checklist.
5. Navigate back to the Task Management, notice the name of the task/checklist is displayed for the new task/checklist.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
 
Due to this issue, users cannot manage tasks/checklists created prior to 22C as they are unable to click the name link to access the manage the specific task/checklist.
