How to Enable Store_Fnd_ProcessFlow_From_RMS to Load STORE Table (Doc ID 2900602.1)

Goal

BDI Store Process completes with success but no data.

Running BDI Process Job Store_Fnd_ProcessFlow_From_RMS, it completed without any issue but when checking the STORE table it only has store 0, but in STORE_IN table there are 492 Stores.

The current setup:
--------------------------
Data seed by store - No
Data seed chunk limit - 10000
Data seed foundation data - Yes
Data seed on error continue - No


What is the correct setup to enable the STORE table to be populated?
