Initial Inventory Import Batch Does Not Load Some UIN Items From EXTSTK_*.dat (Doc ID 2900641.1)

Symptoms

Initial Inventory Import job not loading all UINs from EXTSTK_* file into ITEM_UIN table.

1. Upload EXTSTK_*.dat files via SFTP
2. Execute the Initial Inventory Importer job in SIOCS

Some UINs not loaded into ITEM_UIN table.

Example: from attached file EXTSTK_20220928052802_325.dat , following UINs not loaded into ITEM_UIN table.
