When pending workers are submitting change personal information transactions for approval, the following error occurs:

User does not have privilege to execute web service or there are deployment issues with the web service.

Look at the diagnostic log's detailed fault message. If the fault is an access denied message, ensure that the user executing the web service in question has the appropriate privilege in place prior to executing the web service in the approval flow.
