ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While Configuring Manage Geographies - Enabling Structure Defined for Germany notice that Kries - Geography type is missing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Kries - Geography should be present.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Geography Hierarchy tab.
2. Search for Country = Germany.
3. Click 'View Details' icon .
4. Notice the issue.
