PRC:SSP: Why Can Any Random Password Be Used to Connect to a Punchout? (Doc ID 2900950.1)

Symptoms

It is possible to enter any random password (edit credentials) to connect to a Punchout.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Punch out should not work with any random password.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Procurement
2. Catalog
3. Manage Catalog
4. Select any existing Punchout connection
5. Enter any random text in Password field
6. click on 'Test Connection' and connection to Supplier Site is successful
