Issues Downloading .XER Files From Unifier

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Error received downloading .XER files from Unifier Business Process (BP) record.
When attempting to download a .XER file from a BP record, some users received the error noted below. Other users are able to download .XER files without issue.
The new version of the application cannot be downloaded at this time. Please check your network connection, or try again later. Error: Downloading. https://[URL]/p6professionalcloud/x64/P6Professional.application did not succeed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier
- Navigate to Shell > Appropriate BP Log
- Open BP record that has the .XER attachment
- Click on attachments tab and download .XER file.
