On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Webservice / REST API

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HubOrganization REST API Does Not Return Data For Some Organizations

We are using /crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/hubOrganizations/{PartyNumber}/child/Address to return address info.
However for some organizations nothing is returned even though we can see it via the application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expect to see data relating to Site number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call Rest API using /crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/hubOrganizations/{PartyNumber}/child/Address
2. nothing is returned even although they can see it via the application.
