Error Opening Projects From Workspace: 504 Error (Doc ID 2901079.1)

Symptoms

While opening projects from Workspace on the Hosting Company, the following error occurs

ERROR

504 error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Application
  2. Open a Project
  3. Click on Workspace
  4. Select View > Projects
  5. Search for a Project Id and open it
  6. After 1 minute the error occurs
