Symptoms

From Location Dropdown not showing up in Bill of Lading MFCS

Unable to see any dropdown (store and warehouse) in From Location in Create bill of lading screen.
Same issue is present in Manage bill of lading screen where no location data is showing in From location.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Login into MFCS
2. Go to Create bill of lading.
3. Select dropdown for "From Location"
4. Not able to see any drop down (store and warehouse)
