ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PO Creation XOrderCre Failure : " Quantity ordered for item XX must be greater than or equal to XX"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup an item having more than origin country id and having min-order-qty set up in item-supp-country table.
2. Create a PO for the above item using XOrderCre script / external system.
3. Notice that the Order creation fails with "Quantity ordered for item XX must be greater than or equal to YY"
