UpdateOrganization API Responds with Error: "<Property> is not specified." (Doc ID 2901459.1)

Symptoms

When using the updateOrganization method, the API is responding with a message that a property is not specified, even in cases where that property does not exist in the organization list of properties.

In this case, the response was "lastName is not specified.", even though Organization objects do not have a lastName property.

Ex:

Changes

Recent changes to the contactInfo itemType were made to set "lastName" as a required property.
