ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to run QuickPay for a person type 'Nonworker Paid' with assignment status as 'Active – Payroll Eligible'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Being able to run Quickpay for a Nonworker paid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups, Quick Actions (Show More).
2. Open Payroll, Submit a flow: Simplified QuickPay.
3. Searching for respective employee/s, doesn't bring any results (it's not found, although all filters were reset).
