This issue is happening in all lookups. This is the same behavior:

The customer is following this setup:

  1. Go to Setup and Maintenance
  2. Search for Define Lookup
  3. Click on Manage Common Lookups
  4. Search/Create the lookup: LACLS_CO_DOC_EQUI_NUMBERING
  5. When the customer clicks on the arrow button at the left of the lookup code. The customer is expecting to see the context but no information is shown.
