SOA MP Non-Proxy Steps

As part of SOA MP post-provisioning task, we are supposed to apply the non-proxy host parameter on the EM. However, even following the instructions, I am unable to get the getURL Mbean parameter to make the update. Is this parameter still valid and required for SOA MP 12.2.1.4? if so, is there are different way or navigation?
