PRC:PO: Some Transactions with Taxes Are Not Reflecting in Zx_lines_all (Doc ID 2901627.1)

Symptoms

Some transactions with Taxes applicable on it.
Tax calculation is happening at GRN/Receipt level as expected and journal entries are created in sublegder module which shows tax lines as well.
But when we check zx_lines tables, this transactions are not available in this table.
