Goal
This is a quarterly in arrears lease which starts on 01-01-2019 and its first payment is in Feb-19.
When adding a variable payment of 0.25 to a lease paid quarterly in Jul-22, why are there 2 lines shown in the amortization schedule for not only the payment period, but the 2 periods that follow?
