Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Background jobs are running slow they even remain hanging.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Background job should be running faster and no job should remain in a pending state.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier Environment
  2. Open Company Workspace
  3. Navigate to Background Job
  4. Observe jobs have been in a running status for a long time
