List Of Value For Performance Measure Or Expression Is Blank , Empty, No Rows to Display (Doc ID 2901816.1)

Symptoms

Duplicated performance measure. The list of value for expression is blank.
If save the duplicated measure, then when edit the expression, the lov now contains all the expected values.

STEPS
Compensation Plan > Manage Performance Measure
1) Select performance measure "Demo Monthly PM" from Search Results
2) Click on Duplicate icon
3) On the Measure Formula, click on list of value for expression
    ... Does not show any value. If Search, return no records
4) Save the copied performance measure
5) Edit the measure and now can see the LOV for the expression
